On a project within the Norfolk Naval Air Station, Bell performed Design-Build functions to support the mechanical construction for this new 750 unit, housing structure.
The site consists of four pod areas which are centrally cooled with water source heat pumps while each apartment is individually conditioned with water source heat pumps piped from central cooling towers.
