Project Overview

Bell installed three 11,130 cubic meter above-ground steel stor­age tanks, three concrete and earthen dikes with geomembrane liners for secondary containment, two oil/water separators, a steel framed pump shed, a fill stand/off-load slab, fuel piping, supporting utilities and the demolition of four above ground steel stor­age tanks, pumps and associated piping.
