Renovation

This Design/Build project reconfigures, right-sizes and modernizes the hospital to accommodate outpatient clinical, ancillary support and administrative functions thru various levels of renovation.

Multi-phased construction adjacent to existing and functioning occupied health care spaces made this project especially challenging.

Mechanical renovations include two mechanical rooms, a complete ducted return air system, five roof top air handling units, and three ground level interior air handling units.
