Bell BCI Company, LLC
Bell BCI Company, LLC provides top quality mechanical and plumbing construction for private and public clients in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Our flagship subsidiary, Bell BCI Company calls on a 40-year history of successful projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are known by the Construction Management and General Contractor community as one of the top providers in the area, in part because our management and craft live and work in the region, and take great pride in completing key projects that benefit their home communities.
From our offices in Baltimore, MD and Richmond, VA, we have established ourselves as a top construction services provider in the Healthcare, Laboratory/Research and Data Center markets in the region. Our projects have been the recipients of the ABC Award of Excellence in Mechanical Construction.
From our first project in the area we've expanded our portfolio of projects to include two of the largest chiller plants in the nation; the Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant, and Building 11 for the National Institutes of Health. We've also successfully completed a number of projects in healthcare facilities, including Mercy Hospital, Meritus Health Center, Baltimore Washington Medical Center, Holy Cross Hospital, Sentara Princess Anne Hospital and Johnston Memorial Hospital, and the addition and renovation of the Langley AFB Hospital.
Our Laboratory/Research experience includes the unique and very demanding mechanical/plumbing construction of Biosafety Level (BSL) 2, 3, 3 enhanced and 4 labs. These highly regulated and technically complex facilities are relatively rare in the industry, and Bell is one of few companies that possesses the skills and experience to successfully tackle the intense scientific and regulatory challenges that arise in their construction. Bell has constructed these systems for such clients as the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense and The Altria Group / Phillip Morris.
