Bell participated in the 7th Annual Charleston, SC STEM Festival on March 7, 2020 with the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Bell had the absolute BEST and most attended booth of the event. Between Chris Shuey and Zac Richmond’s hands on plumbing display (water, waste and vent) and Mark McAdams’ 3D model on the big screen, we entertained a lot of kids and hopefully got some of them heading in our direction. Bell is performing Mechanical and Plumbing scopes of work for the Design-Assist and Construction phases of this project for Robins & Morton/Branch Builds.
Bell was proud to provide Mechanical and Plumbing Design-Assist subcontracting services to Hourigan Construction on VCU’s new 18-story, 604,000 SF Adult Outpatient Pavilion and 475,000 SF parking deck. Bell’s team was led by Sr. Project Manager Mike Parasch, Project Manager Keith Calhoun, Assistant Project Manager JR Chirco, and Sr. Superintendent Steve Benulis.
