Bell was awarded the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes of work for the Design-Assist and Construction phases of the Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital Crystal Springs Tower Addition & Renovation Projects. Phil Hull, Project Manager, is the Bell Lead at Roanoke Memorial, and is supported by Assistant Project Manager, Brad Kirkey.
This is Bell’s first time working with Robins & Morton/Branch Builds, Construction Manager, and Carilion Clinic, Owner.
The project consists of multiple phases of work, as follows:
• CST-01 Water Authority Enabling Sitework
• CST-02 Temporary ED Ambulance/Walk-in Entry/West Parking Lot Re-Work, ED Structural Infill, and Dietary Shell Addition
• CST-03 Weller Lane Relocation Site Package
• CST-04 Structural Foundation and Framing Packages & Central Utility Plant Upgrades
• CST-05 Architectural, Final Civil/Landscape and MPE Package
This project includes alterations to existing systems and new construction, keeping all existing systems operational. Future projects include: Behavioral Health Tower, Parking Garage, Connector.
