In January of 2018 The Bell Company was awarded a contract by Turner Construction Company for the mechanical & plumbing scope of work for the new Roper St. Francis Berkeley County Hospital located in South Carolina. Scheduled to open in the fall of 2019, this 115,000 sq. ft., 50-bed, acute care hospital (designed by HDR), will be the first full service hospital facility in Berkeley County to serve the growing communities of Summerville, Goose Creek and Monks Corner. The facility will provide the following comprehensive services:
In 2012, OSHA started an annual “National Fall Protection Stand-Down” to raise awareness of and improve safety practices aimed at preventing falls on construction sites.
Bell is currently performing the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes of work for Contract Construction at the Lucy Garrett Beckham High School in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This project is a new construction, three-story, fully sprinkled, 242,500 square foot high school (1,500 student). Bell's team is led by Project Manager Rob Klink and Assistant Project Manager Carl Hitchcock.
