Bell is providing Mechanical and Plumbing Design-Assist subcontracting services to Hourigan Construction on VCU’s new 550,000 SF Adult Outpatient Pavilion and 475,000 SF parking deck. Roanoke, VA The crane will support upcoming construction activities taking place over the next 24 months, as the onsite, joint venture construction team of Birmingham, Alabama-based Robins & Morton and Virginia-based Branch Builds begins structural work on Carilion’s new Crystal Spring Tower. Bell BCI Company, LLC is the mechanical contractor on this Design-Assist project. Bell's team in Roanoke is led by Phil Hull, Sr. Project Manager and Brad Kirkey, Assistant Project Manager.
