Bell was awarded the Mechanical and Plumbing Contract for the fit-out of the first floor of a government office building, encompassing approximately 41,200 sf, and associated MEP support areas. The mechanical design will replace existing mechanical systems in their entirety. The spaces adjacent to, beneath, and above the floor are occupied areas with critical operations and missions. The remainder of the building is intended to remain occupied and operating during construction.
Roanoke, VA The crane will support upcoming construction activities taking place over the next 24 months, as the onsite, joint venture construction team of Birmingham, Alabama-based Robins & Morton and Virginia-based Branch Builds begins structural work on Carilion’s new Crystal Spring Tower. The Crystal Spring Tower is a 400,000 square foot expansion to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. This video explains the stages of construction, which began in the summer of 2020.
