Bell is performing the Mechanical and Plumbing Scopes of Work on Sagamore Spirit's 22,000 SF Distillery Building and Processing Facility, both of which are located on the company's Baltimore, MD campus at Port Covington. Work on the Distillery is progressing quickly: On July 22nd, the 38 ft. tall American-made column still that will process their signature 83 proof Maryland Rye was lifted into place, marking a significant step toward completion of the facility, which is scheduled to open to the public in December of 2016. Work on the three story, 27,000 SF Processing facility, which includes a barreling and bottling area, a barrel aging room, a tasting room, and a retail area, is also underway. This is the second time Bell has been selected as the Mechanical and Plumbing contractor for the project owner.
Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 19, there is a new entrance for the Emergency Department (ED) at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH). Bell is the Mechanical and Plumbing Design-Assist Subcontractor for the Crystal Springs Tower project at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. The project consists of multiple phases of work to enable the tower construction.
Roanoke, VA The crane will support upcoming construction activities taking place over the next 24 months, as the onsite, joint venture construction team of Birmingham, Alabama-based Robins & Morton and Virginia-based Branch Builds begins structural work on Carilion’s new Crystal Spring Tower.
