Bell is a proud sponsor of the Richmond Public Schools Education Foundation which supports the MARSS Program (Mentoring and Reading Student to Student). This program matches elementary school students with high school students. The elementary school students enhance their reading skills, expand knowledge, increase vocabulary and develop relationships with role models. The high schoolers obtain service learning experience, a small stipend, donation to a scholarship fund for each semester of participation and a gratification that only mentoring can bring.
Bell is the mechanical and plumbing subcontractor for the Fine and Performing Arts Center at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Bell's project team at W&M is led by Tod Tucker, Sr. Project Manager. The General Contractor is the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.
United Therapeutics Headquarters, one of the largest U.S. net-zero commercial buildings, was featured as, "Project of the Year Finalist, Best Green Project: Unisphere", March 19, 2020, Engineering News-Record.
