VCU Health’s new outpatient tower will expand Massey Cancer and consolidate services

The newest facility in Virginia Commonwealth University Health’s sprawling enterprise is a 18-story, $384 million outpatient tower in downtown Richmond. It opens Dec. 6, consolidates at least seven other buildings’ worth of services into one, and expands the capabilities of the Massey Cancer Center. Bell BCI Company, LLC was the mechanical contractor.

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — Nuclear attack boat New Jersey (SSN-796) was christened on Saturday as shipbuilder Newport News continues to recover from the effects the COVID-19 pandemic has had on submarine construction...In the short term, Newport News is building 200-foot extensions on its construction bays to accommodate the Block V Virginia Payload Module’s planned 84-foot extension. Bell BCI Company, LLC is the mechanical contractor on the Modular Outfitting Facility building extension project. Article photos and video show the new steel for this project.

New Entrance for Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Department

Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 19, there is a new entrance for the Emergency Department (ED) at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH). Bell is the Mechanical and Plumbing Design-Assist Subcontractor for the Crystal Springs Tower project at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. The project consists of multiple phases of work to enable the tower construction.

University of Virginia Health System Project Wins Interior Architecture, Design Award

Bell was the mechanical and plumbing design assist subcontractor for the University of Virginia Health System’s new emergency department and inpatient bed tower. Located in Charlottesville, Virginia, this project was designed by Perkins and Will and built by Skanska.
