✅ Recently achieved construction milestones include conditioned air for finishes (from temporary) and building watertight. 📉 As summer winds down, so does the resource curve, slowing decreasing from peak levels since spring. 🏢 This 240,000 SF higher education research facility in Baltimore, MD includes seven (7) levels with a single-level parking garage below, and mechanical penthouse above. 📅 Anticipated final completion of Summer 2027.
