In May of 2015, Bell BCI Company, LLC was selected to perform the $4.5 MM mechanical and plumbing component of Under Armour’s 173,000 SF Finance and IT office building project in Baltimore, MD.

Bell is providing Mechanical and Plumbing Design-Assist subcontracting services to Hourigan Construction on VCU’s new 550,000 SF Adult Outpatient Pavilion and 475,000 SF parking deck. Bell’s team is led by Sr. Project Manager Mike Parasch, Project Manager Keith Calhoun, Assistant Project Manager JR Chirco, and Sr. Superintendent Steve Benulis.
