Bell was awarded a chiller upgrade project at Fort Meade, MD. Bell will be the General Contractor and self-perform the Mechanical and Plumbing Scope of Work.
Bell performed the mechanical, plumbing and process piping scope of work for the construction of an approximately 50,000 square foot Controlled Industrial Facility (CIF) located in Portsmouth, VA.
Bell was the mechanical and plumbing design assist subcontractor for the University of Virginia Health System’s new emergency department and inpatient bed tower. Located in Charlottesville, Virginia, this project was designed by Perkins and Will and built by Skanska.
