After 37 years with The Bell Company, Steve Ruether has retired. Pictured here with his wife, Brenda, they moved 13 times during his early years with the company. In 2008, he became an owner and served as President through 2021.

A second tower crane was erected mid-March at the Crystal Spring construction site near Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, signaling the beginning of vertical construction.
