Bell performed the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes of work at the Lucy Garrett Beckham High School in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This project is a new construction, three-story, fully sprinkled, 242,500 square foot high school (1,500 student). The facility has two gymnasiums, a performing arts auditorium, multiple CTE labs, full media center, computer labs, and outdoor sports facilities.
A direct air to air HVAC system was used for the majority of the spaces with a separate make-up air system providing outside air.
