Bell was the General Contractor on this 3 Ton Capacity Chiller Plant Upgrade. Bell performed structural and architectural additions, as well as removal and replacement of all major mechanical equipment; piping systems; and electrical and control systems for the building’s Chilled and Condenser water systems.

Bell also constructed a 1500 ton cooling tower capacity to provide N+1 redundancy.
Bell used Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Prefabrication on this project. Bell timed the deliveries of prefabricated components to align with the construction and phasing schedules so the material went directly from delivery to installation.
