Bell is performing plumbing and medical gas subcontracting services for sister company, William R. Nash. The Summerville Vertical Expansion Project consists of a two-story vertical expansion and shell space buildout on the third floor of the facility. 30 med surg beds on the existing third floor, 12 PCU and 14 ICU beds on the 4th floor, and 5th floor shell space.
