The Under Armour Teammate Building 2 (TMB2) Office Building was a new, 5-story, approx. 280,000 SF, mass timber, NetZero project. The building was designed to qualify for LEED Platinum.
Bell provided the mechanical & plumbing scopes of work for the core & shell construction.
